We are looking to potentially restructure things in my org to further strengthen our brand, manage workflow, provide more help and consistency throughout, blah blah blah. I am curious if anyone has a kind of 'tree' structure in their org and how it trickles down? do you have 'leader' that leads your creative direction for the org? how do you implement/enforce direction down through the structure? How about reporting structure-are you reported to directly by designers, or do things filter through the Marketing staff they work under?
I'd love to hear how it works in your world...as the designer or the CD or AD-which ever..
