Click on the Photo Gallery link on the Forum main page, then select one of the galleries listed. Click the gallery you want to post in, and click Add Album. From there, just follow the instructions to upload images. Note that they need to be less than 200 KB in size, so you'll want to use Image Ready or something to downsize the image files.
